Reporting a wrong number
This is the message we most want to receive. To help us check it quickly, please include:
- Which calculator you used
- The exact figures you entered
- The result you got, and the result you expected
- Where your expected figure came from, if you have a source
If we are wrong we will fix it and tell you.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on your personal tax position, your employment dispute or your individual circumstances. We are not accountants, tax advisers or solicitors. For those, try:
- HMRC — your tax code, your PAYE record, a refund
- Acas — free, impartial employment rights advice
- Citizens Advice — general help including benefits and debt
- MoneyHelper — free government-backed money guidance
Who you’re contacting
UK Job Now is run by a small, independent team, not a registered company. We’re not a call centre — every message is read by someone who actually works on the calculators.
