Role Overview
The Uniformed Professional Security Operative plays a key role in maintaining safety and security at client sites in and around London. This position requires a reliable and experienced SIA licensed security professional who takes pride in upholding high standards of vigilance, service, and conduct. Successful candidates will work rostered shift patterns that include nights, days, and weekends to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities as a Security Operative

• Provide a visible security presence across assigned sites in London

• Monitor premises to deter unlawful activity and protect people, property, and assets

• Assist with access control, patrols, and routine security tasks

• Comply with site-specific procedures and company standards

• Complete incident reporting and communicate effectively with supervisors

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times

Skills & Experience Required

• Valid SIA licence (2 parts with DBS) and right to live and work in the UK

• A minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant security experience with checkable references

• Good spoken and written English; written test required at interview

• Proven security training and certificates presented at interview

• Strong observational skills, reliability, and professionalism

Shift Pattern & Pay

• Permanent, full-time contract

• Rostered shifts including nights, days, and weekends

• Salary range: £10.00 up to London Living Wage (LLW), depending on experience
