Role Overview

As a Senior Product Implementation Consultant, the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of NoahFace’s products for clients. Working closely with clients and internal teams, the Senior Product Implementation Consultant will lead product onboarding, configuration, and integration efforts, ensuring solutions are delivered smoothly and aligned with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Product Implementation Consultant

• Lead end-to-end implementation of NoahFace products for new and existing clients

• Act as the primary technical and functional point of contact during onboarding

• Configure, customize, and integrate solutions based on client needs

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful deployments

• Deliver product training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to customers

• Identify and resolve implementation issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements

• Support post-launch optimization and ongoing client success initiatives

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in product implementation, technical consulting, or customer success roles

• Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, or enterprise software implementations

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly explanations

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred)
