Role Overview: Senior Executive Assistant

Knight Frank is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Partner of Knight Frank Finance. This is a 1:1 position suited to someone proactive, discreet, and confident in making informed decisions on behalf of senior leadership.

This full-time role is based at Knight Frank’s UK Head Office on Baker Street, London, with access to Dynamic Working arrangements (hybrid flexibility).

Key Responsibilities as Senior Executive Assistant

  • Deliver executive-level 1:1 support to the Managing Partner

  • Coordinate busy calendars, schedule meetings, and oversee diary management

  • Prepare meeting packs, agendas, and minutes for board and team meetings

  • Organise UK and international travel, including complex itineraries

  • Manage expense submissions and track relevant data and reports

  • Handle inbox management and prioritise internal and external communications

  • Act as a first point of contact and ambassador for Knight Frank Finance

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Liaise with IT and internal teams to resolve technical or process issues

  • Support the Remuneration and Promotion cycle, from scheduling to documentation

  • Manage appraisal processes and align with HR and leadership teams

  • Assist with firm-wide events, office tours, and project coordination

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior EA or executive support role

  • Strong command of English spelling and grammar

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Discreet, proactive, and solutions-focused

  • Strong judgment, with the ability to represent senior leadership professionally
