Role Overview

SharkNinja is seeking a confident and professional Security Site Supervisor to be the face of the customer suite at Battersea Power Station. This role is central to delivering a first-class visitor experience, overseeing guest access, maintaining a premium environment, and ensuring seamless service for all clients and stakeholders.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining a calm and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities as Security Site Supervisor

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing a premium and professional first impression.
  • Oversee the check-in process, including coordinating security passes and guest access.
  • Maintain an immaculate reception and customer suite, ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring availability and readiness of spaces.
  • Assist in preparing meeting spaces with refreshments, technology, and products as required.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and presentation.
  • Act as the primary contact for Executive Assistants and key stakeholders, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain office security by controlling access and issuing visitor badges.
  • Handle incoming enquiries efficiently, both in person and via email.
  • Report directly to the Office Manager and provide support with day-to-day operational needs.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience.
  • Valid SIA Licence.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, corporate front of house, or VIP client-facing roles.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident at all levels.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a welcoming, professional demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Shift Pattern & Pay

  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (45 hours per week).
  • £17.34 per hour.
  • Location: Battersea Power Station.
