Role Overview
As a Security Operations Specialist, the successful candidate will support day-to-day security operations across EMEA, reporting directly to the Regional Security Operations Leads. This role involves managing multiple projects, working with cross-functional corporate teams, and ensuring security operations are delivered effectively at client sites.
The Security Operations Specialist will oversee vendor performance, financial reporting, incident management, and support for corporate events and travel security. They will also help develop training packages and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate workplace teams, landlords, and security vendors. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities as Security Operations Specialist
- Represent Pinkerton’s values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in all work
- Manage daily security operations across client corporate locations in EMEA
- Drive and coordinate multiple security projects, including performance monitoring, vendor management, and quality control
- Adapt global security programs to fit regional needs and enhance delivery
- Build strong relationships with workplace teams, landlords, and third-party security vendors
- Develop and implement bespoke training packages for security personnel
- Support incident management procedures and liaise with Environmental Health & Safety teams
- Deliver clear communication and reporting to the Regional Head of Security Operations
- Assist with security standards, consultancy, and site-specific risk management
- Undertake travel within EMEA as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in security operations, manned guarding, physical security (CCTV, access control), or incident management
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects from development to delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and present security program needs
- Proven interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail)
- Regional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian) are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
Working Conditions
