Role Overview

The Corporate Security Officer will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at a high-profile site in Temple, London. Responsible for protecting employees, visitors, and assets, the officer will act as the first line of defence against risks while ensuring professional standards of communication and service are upheld.

This position is ideal for someone versatile, reliable, and experienced in corporate security who thrives in a structured, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities as Corporate Security Officer

  • Provide on-site security cover, following rota and shift requirements (nights, 4 on 4 off).
  • Monitor and utilise site security systems to identify risks or potential breaches.
  • Prevent unauthorised access by persons, vehicles, or objects.
  • Respond effectively to incidents, alarms, and unplanned events, escalating where necessary.
  • Follow assignment instructions, risk assessments, and customer policies.
  • Promote confidence with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders through clear decision-making and professionalism.
  • Complete patrols and incident reporting using TRACKTIK.
  • Support the customer’s FM team with relevant tasks as required.
  • Maintain health and safety awareness, reporting near misses and promoting a culture of safety.
  • Engage fully with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required

  • A valid Security Guarding licence (minimum requirement).
  • Proven experience in corporate security.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in incident response.
  • A reliable, versatile, and professional approach to work.

Shift Pattern & Pay

  • £15.00 per hour
  • Nights, 4 on 4 off shift pattern
  • Weekdays: 6 pm – 8 am
  • Weekends: 8 pm – 8 am
