Role Overview

Interr is seeking a dedicated Security Manager to lead operations at a flagship luxury boutique in Mayfair. This high-profile position goes beyond site protection—it is about fostering a culture of safety, trust, and exceptional service. Acting as the primary on-site security lead, the Security Manager will oversee daily operations, manage incident response, and guide a team of security officers to deliver best-in-class service.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader with strong incident management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to inspire and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities as Security Manager

  • Oversee daily security operations across a dual-site boutique, ensuring a safe and professional environment.
  • Lead incident response, acting as the first point of command and providing clear, detailed reports.
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of contracted security officers, maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Regularly review and improve site security systems, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
  • Deliver structured training, mentoring, and hands-on coaching to build team confidence and capability.
  • Build trusted external partnerships with local authorities, emergency services, and contractors.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of operational requirements aligned with both client and Interr standards.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Valid SIA licence (DS or CP).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the security industry.
  • Strong incident management skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience motivating and supporting teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), with confidence engaging with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • A customer-focused approach, ensuring exceptional client and visitor experiences.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate security strategies, procedures, and training programmes.

Shift Pattern & Pay

  • Full-time, permanent role
  • £20.00 per hour
  • Location: Mayfair
