Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant at UNIQLO, you’ll be the face of our brand, offering customers a welcoming and helpful shopping experience from the shop floor to the fitting room. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team to maintain a well-organized, visually appealing store and ensure our LifeWear philosophy is reflected in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities as Sales Assistant
- Deliver outstanding customer service across the shop floor, fitting room, and tills
- Engage customers with product knowledge, styling advice, and brand values
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store including stockroom and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring sales floor
- Operate the cash register and RFID systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Share customer feedback with management to drive improvement
- Uphold brand standards and store policies at all times
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- A friendly, positive attitude and team spirit
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early, late, and weekend shifts
- Passion for fashion, customer experience, and the UNIQLO brand
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth
Shift Pattern & Pay
- Starting rate: £13.85 per hour
- Contract types: Full-time (37.5 hrs) and Part-time (30 hrs)
- Shift length: 8.5 hours/day with 1-hour unpaid break
- Full weekend availability required
- Must be flexible for both morning and evening shifts
