Role Overview

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping people buy and sell homes while creating a memorable journey from start to finish. Key Responsibilities as Sales Advisor

  • Make high volumes of calls to build relationships and unlock new sales opportunities
  • Host property viewings and open days, creating a warm, professional first impression
  • Present tailored property solutions to meet each client’s needs
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with confidence and accuracy
  • Support customers from viewing to key handover, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date in our system
  • Collaborate with your branch team to achieve and exceed targets

Skills & Experience Required

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using the phone as a key sales tool
  • Motivation to hit targets and grow professionally
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential)

Pay & Work Pattern

  • Basic Salary: £21,000
  • Guaranteed Earnings (first 4 months): £26,000
  • Realistic OTE: £30,000+ (uncapped commission)
  • Schedule: 5 days per week, including 3 Saturdays on and 1 off
