Role Overview: Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Equipment
Bizerba is seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across Scotland and Ireland. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who excels in building high-level partnerships and identifying key decision-makers within industrial environments.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding Bizerba’s industrial equipment client base, achieving growth targets, and delivering integrated solutions tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities as Regional Sales Manager
- Attract and develop new business accounts within the industrial equipment sector
- Identify and engage with key departmental heads and influencers within target organisations
- Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Plan and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of solutions
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, prepare accurate quotations, and close deals
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Proactively pursue new market opportunities and contribute to overall business strategy
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to understand and articulate value propositions
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly organised and self-motivated approach to work
- Previous experience in capital equipment sales, ideally within:
- PoS systems
- Dispensing technologies
- Automation or refrigeration
- Labelling systems
- Other integrated industrial or retail equipment
- Experience working with national retail or industrial accounts is a plus
Shift Pattern & Pay
- Full-time role
- Territory: Scotland and Ireland
- Base: Scotland (remote and travel-based flexibility expected)
