Role Overview
As a Night Security Officer, the successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment during overnight hours. Working independently while remaining part of a wider security and operations team, this role is key to protecting guests, staff, and property throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities as Night Security Officer
Monitor the premises during night hours to ensure safety and security at all times
Conduct regular patrols of the property, including internal and external areas
Control access points and ensure only authorised individuals enter the premises
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, or emergencies
Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
Support guest safety while delivering a discreet and courteous presence
Liaise with management and emergency services when required
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and security procedures
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a security role (hospitality experience preferred)
Valid security licence or certification, where required
Strong observation and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with night shift work
Physically fit and capable of carrying out patrol duties
Shift Pattern
Night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
Full-time or shift-based schedule depending on operational needs
