Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager – Customer Growth (UK), the successful candidate will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with Askable’s key customers while driving retention, expansion, and overall account growth. Acting as a trusted partner, they will help clients maximise the value of Askable’s platform and services by aligning solutions with customer goals.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded relationship manager who enjoys working closely with customers, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering measurable value in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities as Key Account Manager – Customer Growth

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts across the UK market

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive customer growth and retention

  • Partner with customers to understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions

  • Monitor account health, usage, and engagement to reduce churn

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams

  • Lead account reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and feedback

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in key account management, customer success, or client growth roles

  • Background in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses preferred

  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving account growth

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
