Role Overview
As an HR and Talent Officer (Bi-lingual), the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s human resources and talent management activities. They will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration while ensuring smooth communication across multi-lingual teams. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities as HR and Talent Officer

  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

  • Assist in payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting

  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and staff development programs

  • Provide guidance to staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations

  • Support performance management and talent development processes

  • Communicate effectively across teams in multiple languages

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and best HR practices

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management

  • Bi-lingual proficiency (required languages specified in job posting)
