Role Overview

As a Guard, the role holder will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at the Hawthorne, Nevada facility. Working as part of a dedicated security team, the position involves access control, surveillance, patrol duties, and incident response to ensure compliance with site security requirements.

This role is ideal for a vigilant, disciplined, and dependable individual who can follow established procedures while responding effectively to routine and emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities as Guard

• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and authorisation

• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, perimeters, and restricted areas

• Monitor alarms, surveillance systems, and security equipment

• Enforce site security rules, regulations, and safety procedures

• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations

• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain security logs

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in security, guarding, or protective services (preferred)

• Ability to follow detailed security procedures and post orders

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently

• Must meet site clearance and background check requirements
