Role Overview

The company is seeking experienced Door Supervisors to join its team on a part-time basis. Locations may vary depending on client needs, offering a variety of exciting and dynamic working environments.

Door Supervisors will be responsible for managing access control, conducting searches, patrolling venues, and ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and visitors. This position is ideal for someone confident, reliable, and calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities as Door Supervisor

  • Check accreditation passes for customers, staff, and contractors.
  • Carry out searches, including bag and occasional body searches.
  • Conduct routine patrols of the venue.
  • Act as a first point of contact for the public, providing assistance and directions.
  • Manage crowd control, including queues and safe egress.
  • Support evacuation procedures during incidents or emergencies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Handle enquiries and report incidents promptly and accurately.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Door Supervisor.
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
  • Valid CCTV Licence (advantageous).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Own transport (preferred but not essential).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Must provide proof of right to work in the UK, valid passport, references, and UTR number (for self-employed applicants).

Shift Pattern & Pay

  • Part-time, flexible shifts across various London venues.
  • £13.00 per hour (venue-dependent rates may vary).
