Key Responsibilities as Digital Designer
Create digital assets including website graphics, social media content, display ads, and email visuals
Design and refine layouts, UI elements, and visual components for websites and landing pages
Develop brand-aligned design concepts for marketing campaigns
Collaborate with strategists, developers, and copywriters to deliver cohesive creative output
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and best practices
Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions
Optimise existing assets for performance, consistency, and responsiveness
Produce motion graphics or animations (preferred but not essential)
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and digital best practices
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in digital design, graphic design, or creative media
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects preferred)
Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital layout best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
