Key Responsibilities as Customer Support Representative
Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and other support channels
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels
Guide customers on how to use Askable’s platform effectively
Troubleshoot technical or usage-related questions and escalate when needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams
Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes and products
Contribute to knowledge bases and support documentation
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities efficiently
Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
