Role Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding support to Talos360’s customers. Acting as a first point of contact, the role involves resolving queries, providing guidance on products and services, and ensuring customers receive a positive and efficient support experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities as Customer Support Agent

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels

  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional support to clients

  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through Talos360 systems

  • Escalate complex queries to relevant internal teams when required

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer experience

  • Follow company processes, service standards, and data protection guidelines

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or helpdesk roles (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A patient, empathetic, and problem-solving approach

  • Good IT skills and confidence using digital platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

  • Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
