Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Talos360’s products and services. This role focuses on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction, acting as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities as Customer Success Manager
Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to drive engagement and retention
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships
Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of Talos360 solutions
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to maximise product value
Monitor customer satisfaction, usage, and performance metrics
Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and outcomes
Contribute to renewal, retention, and growth strategies
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS support
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Confident using CRM systems and digital platforms
Organised, proactive, and results-driven
