Role Overview

As a Corporate Security Officer, the successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding clients’ premises and assets while upholding Rossi Security’s high standards of professionalism and service. This position involves monitoring and securing designated corporate sites, conducting regular security checks, responding to incidents, and ensuring a safe environment for visitors and staff. The Corporate Security Officer will work shifts on a flexible rota that includes weekends, bank holidays, and occasional emergency cover.

Key Responsibilities as Corporate Security Officer

• Conduct regular patrols and security checks to identify and address potential risks.

• Ensure all areas are safe, secure, and compliant with client and company standards.

• Monitor and report any security incidents or vulnerabilities.

• Provide professional support and assistance to clients, visitors, and staff.

• Maintain clear and accurate logs and reports.

• Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively.

• Work cohesively within scheduled monthly rotas and adapt to role demands.

Skills & Experience Required

• Frontline SIA licence (required) and CCTV licence preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations.

• Flexible approach to shift work, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Eligibility to work in the UK with valid documentation.

• Five years of checkable employment history in line with British Standard 7858 (preferred).

Shift Pattern & Compensation

The role offers competitive pay depending on experience and client location, with both full-time and part-time permanent positions available. Shift patterns include weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and occasional emergency cover as required.
