Role Overview
As a Client Services Manager – UK, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of research projects. Working closely with internal research, operations, and sales teams, the Client Services Manager will act as a key point of contact for UK-based clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities as Client Services Manager
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned UK clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Manage end-to-end research projects from initiation to delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable research plans
Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell IDR services
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality
Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for clients
Skills & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field
Proven experience in client services, account management, or market research
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Experience working with UK clients is highly desirable
