Role Overview
The CFO Executive Assistant and Team Leader plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer while leading and coordinating a small administrative team. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CFO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Act as a key point of contact between the CFO, senior stakeholders, and internal teams
Prepare reports, presentations, briefings, and correspondence for executive-level meetings
Lead, supervise, and support an administrative team, ensuring high standards of performance and collaboration
Coordinate team workloads, priorities, and deadlines to ensure efficient office operations
Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity
Support financial and strategic initiatives through research, documentation, and follow-up actions
Improve administrative processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, ideally at CFO or executive level
Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Confidence in handling multiple priorities in a demanding environment
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant administrative systems
