As a Security Officer, the successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, members, staff, and visitors. Working as part of a professional security team, the role focuses on protecting people, property, and assets while delivering a friendly and discreet security presence that reflects the hotel’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities as Security Officer

• Provide a visible and professional security presence throughout the premises

• Monitor access points, CCTV systems, and alarm systems

• Control entry and exit of guests, members, staff, and visitors

• Conduct regular patrols of public and back-of-house areas

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns

• Support crowd management and ensure orderly conduct within the venue

• Liaise with management and emergency services when required

• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security records

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a security or hospitality security role (preferred)

• Valid SIA Security Licence (essential)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional appearance and confident manner

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
