Role Overview

As an SIA Licensed Security Guard (or above), the successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining safety and security at assigned sites. Working independently or as part of a security team, the officer will provide a visible presence, monitor activity, and respond to incidents in line with company procedures. This role is ideal for someone dependable, alert, and dedicated to delivering excellent security standards.

Key Responsibilities as SIA Licensed Security Guard

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security

• Monitor access points and control entry and exit of staff and visitors

• Observe and report suspicious behaviour or security breaches

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies professionally

• Complete accurate incident and activity reports

• Provide a visible deterrent to crime and anti-social behaviour

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and members of the public

Skills & Experience Required

• Valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor licence (required)

• Previous security experience (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Physically fit for standing, walking, and patrol duties
