Key Responsibilities as Group Chief Operating Officer

Lead global operational strategy and execution across the Group

Drive performance, productivity, and efficiency across all business units

Oversee major project delivery to ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are achieved

Strengthen operational governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks

Champion innovation, digital transformation, and modern methods of construction

Build and develop high-performing leadership and operational teams

Support the achievement of sustainability and environmental objectives

Skills & Experience Required

Extensive senior leadership experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors
