Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager – Customer Growth (UK), the successful candidate will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with Askable’s key customers while driving retention, expansion, and overall account growth. Acting as a trusted partner, they will help clients maximise the value of Askable’s platform and services by aligning solutions with customer goals.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded relationship manager who enjoys working closely with customers, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering measurable value in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities as Key Account Manager – Customer Growth
Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts across the UK market
Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive customer growth and retention
Partner with customers to understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions
Monitor account health, usage, and engagement to reduce churn
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams
Lead account reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers
Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and feedback
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in key account management, customer success, or client growth roles
Background in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses preferred
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving account growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
