Role Overview

As a Client Services Manager – UK, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of research projects. Working closely with internal research, operations, and sales teams, the Client Services Manager will act as a key point of contact for UK-based clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities as Client Services Manager

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned UK clients

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Manage end-to-end research projects from initiation to delivery

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution

  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable research plans

  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell IDR services

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for clients

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field

  • Proven experience in client services, account management, or market research

  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

  • Experience working with UK clients is highly desirable
