Role Overview
As a Customer Support Agent, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding support to Talos360’s customers. Acting as a first point of contact, the role involves resolving queries, providing guidance on products and services, and ensuring customers receive a positive and efficient support experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities as Customer Support Agent
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
Provide accurate, timely, and professional support to clients
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through Talos360 systems
Escalate complex queries to relevant internal teams when required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer experience
Follow company processes, service standards, and data protection guidelines
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or helpdesk roles (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, empathetic, and problem-solving approach
Good IT skills and confidence using digital platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
