Key Responsibilities as Senior Programmatic Executive
Plan, activate, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs
Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet KPIs and client goals
Analyze data and provide clear performance insights and recommendations
Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting to ensure efficient media spend
Collaborate with planning, activation, and analytics teams to support integrated campaigns
Ensure best practice across brand safety, viewability, and compliance standards
Support innovation and testing of new programmatic solutions and formats
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in programmatic media buying or digital advertising
Strong understanding of DSPs, ad tech, and programmatic ecosystems
Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data and performance metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven environment
