Role Overview

The CFO Executive Assistant and Team Leader plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer while leading and coordinating a small administrative team. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefings, and correspondence for executive-level meetings

  • Lead, supervise, and support an administrative team, ensuring high standards of performance and collaboration

  • Coordinate team workloads, priorities, and deadlines to ensure efficient office operations

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity

  • Support financial and strategic initiatives through research, documentation, and follow-up actions

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, ideally at CFO or executive level

  • Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Confidence in handling multiple priorities in a demanding environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant administrative systems
