Role Overview

As a Senior Product Implementation Consultant, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and successful deployment of NoahFace’s products for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and customer success.

The Senior Product Implementation Consultant will work closely with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to configure, implement, and optimize solutions, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Product Implementation Consultant

• Lead end-to-end product implementation for new and existing clients

• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and deployment phases

• Configure, customize, and integrate NoahFace solutions based on client needs

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely implementations

• Deliver product training, onboarding sessions, and technical documentation

• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and drive issue resolution

• Collect customer feedback to support continuous product improvement

• Support post-implementation optimization and long-term customer success

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in product implementation, technical consulting, or customer success

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, or enterprise software solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred)
