Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, Life Sciences – US Remote, the consultant will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for life sciences roles across the US market. Working remotely, they will partner with clients to understand complex hiring needs while identifying, engaging, and placing highly skilled professionals within the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities as Recruitment Consultant, Life Sciences

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for life sciences positions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruitment channels

• Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and market trends

• Present qualified candidates and manage offer processes through placement

• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within life sciences

• Strong understanding of the US life sciences hiring market

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

• Strong time management and organisational abilities

• Confidence using recruitment systems, databases, and sourcing tools
