Role Overview
As a Project Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of property-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position involves managing contractors, liaising with clients, monitoring project progress, and ensuring full compliance with regulations and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities as Project Manager
Lead and manage property development and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Prepare project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reports
Monitor timelines, costs, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets technical and safety requirements
Oversee procurement processes and manage contractor performance
Ensure regulatory compliance, planning approvals, and health & safety adherence
Resolve project issues proactively and maintain smooth communication between teams
Support senior management with strategic planning and project delivery improvements
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in project management within property, construction, or real estate
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and project delivery best practices
Proficiency with project-management software and reporting tools
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, Prince2) preferred but not essential
