As a Saturday Assistant, the successful candidate will play an important part in supporting the smooth running of the Edinburgh City office. Key Responsibilities as Saturday Assistant

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients visiting the office

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome and support with general enquiries

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and document organisation

  • Ensure the reception area and meeting spaces are clean, tidy, and fully prepared

  • Support the team with diary management and appointment scheduling

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
