Role Overview

As a Duty Security Manager, the successful candidate will take charge of day-to-day security operations at the venue, leading a skilled team and overseeing the Security Operations Centre (SOC). They will ensure each shift runs smoothly, with clear briefings, strong team coordination, and consistent adherence to safety protocols.

This role goes beyond supervision—it’s an opportunity to foster professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement while making a positive impact on both operational excellence and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities as Duty Security Manager

  • Lead and manage the Security Operations Centre (SOC), ensuring efficient monitoring and incident response
  • Supervise and support security officers, providing daily operational briefings and clear direction
  • Oversee training programs to develop the skills and knowledge of all security personnel
  • Foster a professional and supportive team culture through effective leadership and coaching
  • Communicate confidently with clients, guests, and internal departments to maintain smooth operations
  • Collaborate with senior management to report on performance and recommend improvements
  • Ensure strict adherence to all site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Apply up-to-date knowledge of SOPs during both routine and emergency situations
  • Participate in ongoing SOP and policy-related training as required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience as a Security Manager or Supervisor with strong team leadership skills
  • Background in SOC operations and incident management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong decision-making ability
  • Proficient in SOC technologies and computer-based administrative tools

Qualifications

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) Licence
  • Valid SIA CCTV Licence

Shift Pattern & Pay
