Role Overview

The Security & Facilities Manager ensures the smooth and safe running of the store’s day-to-day operations. Leading a team of security professionals, they safeguard staff, customers, and facilities across retail and Food & Beverage spaces. They act as the central liaison for all maintenance needs, working closely with HQ partners and external vendors. This role is ideal for someone observant, solution-driven, and confident in both leadership and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities as Security & Facilities Manager

  • Lead, schedule, and oversee the security team across retail and F&B areas
  • Maintain high safety and maintenance standards for all facilities
  • Manage vendor relationships for timely and effective repairs
  • Create, implement, and review safety, security, and loss prevention protocols
  • Conduct regular audits of safety and security procedures
  • Partner with management on incident investigations and emergency procedures
  • Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement and local authorities
  • Oversee crowd management, traffic flow, and conflict de-escalation
  • Support store operations with housekeeping and general upkeep when required
  • Represent the brand during facility repairs, renovations, or maintenance projects

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2–3 years’ experience in security and loss prevention
  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing environment (retail/apparel preferred)
  • Valid Security Guard Certificate
  • Emergency First Aid/CPR certification
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and completing manual tasks
