Role Overview
As a Retail Store Assistant at our LEGO Store in Battersea Power Station, you’ll bring the LEGO brand to life every day. From helping guests find the perfect set to operating tills and maintaining the store’s magical atmosphere, you’ll be at the heart of the LEGO experience. No two days are the same—you’ll stay active, engaged, and inspired as part of a supportive, creative team.

Key Responsibilities as a LEGO Retail Store Assistant
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by welcoming every guest with energy, friendliness, and professionalism
- Support daily store operations including tills, restocking, and product displays
- Maintain a safe, clean, and visually engaging store that reflects LEGO’s brand values
- Assist in receiving and organizing store merchandise and stockroom upkeep
- Follow all safety protocols and report any potential shortage or safety concerns
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the floor leader on duty
Skills & Experience Required
- A positive, friendly, and engaging attitude
- Experience in a customer-facing role or fast-paced retail setting (preferred)
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic work environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for play, creativity, and delivering great customer service
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Shift Pattern & Pay
- Competitive hourly rate (£14.00–£14.35 per hour)
- Contract and shift details discussed during interview
- Bonus pay for eligible employees
- Additional hours may be available during holidays and promotional periods
