Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our new Acton store. This hands-on leadership role combines team management, sales strategy, and customer service excellence. From motivating your team to meeting KPIs, you’ll take full ownership of the store’s performance, shaping a smooth-running operation and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities as Store Manager

• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth opening and closing routines
• Drive sales through exceptional service and team performance
• Manage and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain site standards across cleanliness, safety, and customer experience
• Monitor performance against KPIs and store targets
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and bookings with professionalism and care
• Support local marketing and business development efforts

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven management experience in the self-storage industry (essential)
• Strong background in retail sales (minimum 4 years)
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills
• Customer-focused with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Proactive and adaptable under pressure
• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
• Right to work in the UK (required)

Shift Pattern & Salary

• Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week)
• Working a mix of early and late shifts to cover store opening hours
• Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year
• Monthly and quarterly bonus schemes available
