Role Overview

As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading the shop team and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all channels. You’ll step up in the absence of the Shop Manager, motivating colleagues, maintaining standards, and supporting day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities as Shift Manager

• Lead, inspire, and support your team to deliver excellent customer service
• Take responsibility for shop operations during your shift
• Prepare our signature products, including baking and sandwich preparation
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are attractive and tidy
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the shop
• Support team training and development, fostering a positive working environment

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience supervising a team in a customer-facing environment (preferred)
• Strong leadership qualities and a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Passion for delivering excellent service and high standards
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting
• A reliable, approachable, and inclusive team player

Shift Pattern & Pay

• £13.50 per hour, paid weekly
• Flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
