Role Overview
We’re seeking a Product Service Manager to join our Security Product Group within the Technology Resilience team. You’ll take full ownership of cyber security services across the FCA, ensuring they run reliably, securely, and at the highest standard. From overseeing third-party vendors to responding to incidents, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding our digital infrastructure.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead critical services at the heart of financial regulation in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth delivery and performance of enterprise-wide cyber security services
- Manage relationships with external security providers to meet SLAs
- Lead continuous service improvement initiatives using Agile and DevOps practices
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of security components and procedures
- Coordinate responses to incidents and operational risks
- Monitor and manage cyber security service risks proactively
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure service alignment
- Support development and refinement of IT service frameworks and operations
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in service integration and management within complex, multi-vendor environments
- Familiarity with managing third-party suppliers against contract frameworks
- Exposure to Project Management and Agile/DevOps methodologies
Essential Skills
- Strong data-driven approach to service quality improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience managing confidential services in secure environments
- Deep understanding of SIAM frameworks and ITIL V3 (ideally Intermediate or Expert certified)
- Experience working across both live and development service lifecycles
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in critical service situations
- Solid grasp of risk management principles, including Management of Risk (MoR)
