Role Overview
As a Global Senior Product Manager on the Apple Services team, you’ll lead the development of Apple’s internal Messaging Platform—driving next-generation messaging capabilities that scale across our global services. You’ll define product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative messaging solutions that power customer engagement and long-term value.
This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for simplifying complexity, delivering impact at scale, and building exceptional digital experiences in a privacy-first environment.
Key Responsibilities as Senior Product Manager
- Own product strategy for Apple’s Simple Messaging platform in alignment with business goals
- Define and deliver new features and capabilities to support partner teams and customer needs
- Translate stakeholder input into a clear, prioritized product roadmap
- Write product requirements, partner with engineering on technical specifications, and drive execution
- Measure product performance, customer impact, and business outcomes through analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, privacy, and analytics teams
- Champion customer-centric, agile approaches to experimentation and iteration
- Lead a small product team, setting direction and mentoring through complex product cycles
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in hands-on product management and cross-functional leadership
- Strong ability to simplify complex systems and communicate clearly across all levels
- Analytical mindset with attention to both strategic and tactical detail
- Comfortable working in a data-driven environment with measurable goals
- Demonstrated experience working with technical teams and product lifecycle ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with messaging platforms, martech, SaaS, or subscription-based services
- Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric digital experiences
- Familiarity with customer engagement technologies and emerging product trends
- International product leadership experience is a plus
