Role Overview

We’re looking for a General Manager to lead our Seven Dials restaurant. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and a passion for people and food.

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant, building an empowered team, and driving the site’s performance. You’ll set the tone, lead from the front, and ensure our high standards for food, service, and culture are met every single day.

Key Responsibilities as General Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage daily operations including service, kitchen, scheduling, and team welfare
• Ensure food consistency, safety, and quality at all times
• Drive sales, manage budgets, and hit performance targets
• Handle hiring, onboarding, and staff training
• Maintain stock, ensure compliance, and uphold company standards
• Represent and champion Bleecker’s values in every decision

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a General Manager in hospitality
• A natural leader who motivates, supports, and brings out the best in others
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Hands-on approach—willing to jump in wherever needed
• Passionate about great food, service, and building an inclusive culture
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in the kitchen when required

Pay & Bonus

• £40,000 – £42,000 per year
• Up to £8,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly based on performance)
