Role Overview

We’re looking for a confident and guest-focused Floor Manager to lead our dynamic service team. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure every guest receives exceptional service while supporting smooth, stylish, and high-energy operations. You’ll join a supportive and ambitious team, with lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth in a growing business.

This position is ideal for someone warm, charismatic, and service-driven—ready to make every guest feel at home while keeping the floor running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities as Floor Manager

• Lead floor operations during service, ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Motivate and guide front-of-house staff with positivity and precision
• Manage daily openings, closings, and cash handling procedures
• Engage confidently with guests, handling queries and feedback with professionalism
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and retail teams for efficient service flow
• Uphold the brand’s ethos of kindness, quality, and community

Skills & Experience Required

• Prior experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant or event setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Friendly, confident, and naturally guest-focused personality
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve on the floor
• Passion for hospitality, with a genuine interest in food, drink, and people

Shift Pattern & Pay

• £40,000 per year (Employer provided)
• 45-hour work week
• Mix of day and evening shifts, including weekends
