Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our expanding team in London. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to energise a team, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to lead, support, and inspire the team. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and the ongoing development of both people and processes.

Salary & Bonus
Up to £52,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience, aligned with our unique “Caravan of Love” hospitality style
  • Support and lead daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Coach, develop, and motivate your team to consistently perform at their best
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Head Chef to maintain operational excellence
  • Drive business growth through strong leadership and team engagement
  • Take ownership of training and career development for yourself and your team
  • Champion sustainability, inclusion, and a positive work culture

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a hospitality or restaurant environment
  • A passion for hospitality, food, and coffee
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Familiarity with systems like Fourth, FnB, and Harri (a plus, but not essential)
  • A proactive mindset and love for dynamic, customer-focused environments
