Role Overview: Assistant Manager – Hospitality (London)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join a high-footfall site in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a growing and ambitious business, known for its dedication to quality service, community roots, and strong team culture.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, motivated to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and keen to progress into General Management through a structured development programme.

Key Responsibilities as Assistant Manager

• Support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Uphold brand standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Manage team performance, motivation, and training on-site
• Drive sales and maximise site profitability through accurate forecasting and planning
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational detail
• Take ownership during GM absence and lead by example on-site

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in high-volume hospitality or retail environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A guest-first mindset with great attention to detail
• Confident managing busy, fast-paced operations
• Ambition to grow into a General Manager role in the near future

Salary & Benefits

• From £26,000 per year (Base salary)
