We’re now looking for a Gymnastics Programme Manager to lead, mentor, and inspire at our Slough location. If you’re passionate about coaching, child development, and creating a world-class experience for children and families, this could be your next step.
Role Overview
As a Programme Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all gymnastics, ninja, and preschool activities at your site. You’ll oversee programme quality, mentor coaches, and ensure every class meets high standards for safety, skill development, and customer satisfaction. From coaching on the gym floor to managing parent communication, you’ll be the face of Gymfinity Kids at your venue.
Key Responsibilities as Programme Manager
- Lead training sessions for new and existing coaching staff
- Deliver a minimum of two team training sessions per month
- Provide hands-on mentoring and support for all coaches
- Conduct regular coach observations and audits
- Ensure all health and safety training and documentation is up to date
- Be an active coaching presence, setting the standard in class delivery
- Manage weekly venue timetables and class coverage
- Respond to and manage parent feedback, acting as the main contact
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new coaches
- Carry out weekly safety equipment checks
- Open and close the venue as per rota requirements
- Collaborate with the Club Manager on sales, marketing, and incident reports
- Maintain positive relationships with local schools and community partners
- Help deliver outreach and promotional events to increase membership
- Uphold site standards and complete compliance documentation
- Attend national training twice per year with the Head of Product
Skills & Experience Required
- BG/UK Level 2 qualification in gymnastics or GK advanced coach status
- Experience in gymnastics, parkour, or similar physical education programmes
- A team player who thrives on mentoring and motivating others
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and team members
- Comfortable managing schedules and leading from the front
- First Aid qualified (or willing to gain certification)
- Passionate about children’s development and delivering exceptional service
- Organised, adaptable, and confident in taking initiative
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time | 40 hours/week
- 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends
- Salary: £28,000 per year
