Role Overview

As a Communications Manager – AI Trainer, you’ll engage in thoughtful conversations with AI models, helping to evaluate and improve their responses across a range of topics. Whether you’re comparing model performance, crafting realistic dialogues, or fact-checking outputs, you’ll be directly contributing to the development of high-quality conversational AI.

This is a remote, contract-based role ideal for strong communicators with a passion for language, critical thinking, and innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities as Communications Manager – AI Trainer

• Write engaging and accurate responses to AI prompts
• Generate realistic, diverse conversations across various subject areas
• Evaluate and compare different AI chatbot performances
• Research and fact-check AI-generated content for quality and reliability
• Maintain high standards of clarity, grammar, and originality in written work

Skills & Experience Required

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual proficiency)
• Excellent grammar and writing ability
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Background in content writing, editing, journalism, or communications preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage tasks remotely

Pay & Schedule

• From £14.60 per hour
• Flexible hours: choose your own schedule
• Most contributors work between 5–20 hours weekly (up to 40 based on project availability)
• Payment via PayPal (no fees or upfront costs)
