Role Overview – Team Leader

We’re looking for a confident and driven Team Leader to join our store in Stratford-upon-Avon. If you’re passionate about perfume, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love leading by example, this role could be your perfect next step. As a Team Leader, you’ll support the Store Manager with daily operations while inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a standout experience for every customer.

Contract Type & Pay

• Contract: Permanent
• Hours: 22.5 hours per week
• Pay: £15.25 per hour
• Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Key Responsibilities as Team Leader

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including rotas, payroll, and compliance
• Lead and coach the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Act as key holder, ensuring secure opening and closing of the store
• Step in as acting manager when required
• Provide and model exceptional customer service
• Drive team performance with regular coaching, feedback, and support
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment

• Previous experience in retail leadership or a senior sales advisor ready for progression
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Passion for customer service and a keen interest in perfume
