Role Overview

As a Cinema Experience Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team of Cinema Hosts to deliver an outstanding guest experience every day. Whether you’re coaching team members, handling operational challenges, or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest journey—from ticket purchase to post-credits.

Key Responsibilities as a Cinema Experience Manager

• Lead and motivate a team of Cinema Hosts to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across the cinema
• Support day-to-day operations including scheduling, guest flow, and health & safety compliance
• Provide on-the-job training and development opportunities for team members
• Solve problems quickly and efficiently, always with the guest experience in mind
• Be flexible with shifts—including evenings, weekends, and late finishes (safe travel arrangements required)

Skills & Experience Required

• Passion for film and entertainment
• Previous experience in a leadership, retail, or hospitality role (preferred)
• Strong people skills with a commitment to teamwork and inclusion
• Proactive and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn
• Ability to think on your feet and deliver under pressure
• Flexible working attitude—ready to support blockbuster weekends and quieter periods alike

Pay & Working Pattern

• £14.94 per hour (employer-provided rate)
• Flexible working hours (including late finishes and weekend shifts)
